Gathering Tray made from locally harvested Black Acacia, hand-made in our shop in Los Angeles. For harvesting, foraging, table setting, picnicking, pruning and collecting. The tray is lightweight, easy to carry, and a generous size for gathering. An octagonal handle is joined with traditional mortise and tenons. The handle risers are connected to the tray walls with hand made through dowels. The tray bottom is bookmatched and dadoed into the tray walls, which are connected with box joints at each corner. Finished with a food-safe tung oil blend.
